Yes, the area is safe. Approximately 60 minutes of the drive from Karachi, the presence of major industries such as Premier Autos, Byco, Hubco, and the China Power Plant ensures regular commutes of over 3,000 employees daily. Additionally, our immediate neighbor is KHOJ, a five-star luxury resort that welcomes both local and foreign guests, further enhancing the area's security.
The drive takes about 1 hour depending on traffic. Two routes are available: Maripur Road (preferred) and Hub River Road.
We are next-door neighbors and share a common boundary with KHOJ Resort.
The site is currently accessible and has a boundary wall. Work is ongoing on the layout, mapping, and construction of internal pathways. A model villa is under construction and is expected to be ready within 3 months.
The resort features three main water bodies:

Therefore, to be eligible to buy property within the resort you need to be a member first. No, they may only use the facilities. The corporation can buy property.

Yes. Events like weddings, birthdays, corporate retreats can be hosted with prior approval and fees.
The Club, through maintenance fees. Facade upkeep is the licensee’s responsibility.
No. Giving money or gifts to staff is not advised.

Membership is transferable to qualified family or auctioned as per club policy.
The builder has included essential safety measures in the resort plan, such as first aid kits, a paramedic facility within the premises, and trained lifeguards on duty.

The facility management, including maintenance and security services, will be outsourced to one of the top four leading building maintenance companies in Pakistan. This ensures professional upkeep, 24/7 security, and a high standard of operations throughout the resort.
