The project is located at Mouza Kund, Tehsil Gaddani, District Hub, Balochistan. It is conveniently accessible from Karachi and is situated right next to Khoj Resort, a 5-star hotel, making it a prime and easily reachable destination.
Yes, the area is safe. Approximately 60 minutes of the drive from Karachi, the presence of major industries such as Premier Autos, Byco, Hubco, and the China Power Plant ensures regular commutes of over 3,000 employees daily. Additionally, our immediate neighbor is KHOJ, a five-star luxury resort that welcomes both local and foreign guests, further enhancing the area's security.
The drive from Karachi takes approximately 1 hour, depending on traffic conditions. There are two accessible routes: Maripur Road (the preferred and more convenient option) and Hub River Road.
The site is currently accessible and has a boundary wall. Work is ongoing on the layout, mapping, and construction of internal pathways. A model villa is under construction and is expected to be ready within 3 months.
